Mobility

In 20 mins warm up and est: 

  • 1 RM Behind the neck press

* Training max

* Do not turn this into a regular strict press once you clear the head, stay head forward and tight core

WOD 2

A 15 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Split jerks @ max weight @ max weight unbroken
  • 7 Ring dips or arms in push ups
  • Run 200m
