I am the early bird of the Box running the Dawn Box sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I first found CrossFit in 2008, I followed the CrossFit programming initially at a ‘globo gym’, then at home, and finally at CFN
My focus is teaching increased efficiency of movement through improving technique and range of motion to reduce chance of injury and advance athletic performance. I am known as ‘Mob Bob’ and regularly run mobility and technique sessions. I can always be called upon to help people with their overhead squat positions or identify issues causing restrictive movements.
