CrossHiit

Our CrossHIIT classes are short, high intensity exercise periods alternated with periods of rest. The higher and lower intensity periods are repeated several times to form a workout. These classes help to build endurance, and are often lighter in weight in order to reduce the stresses on the nervous system and allow the body to repair during active recovery. The classes are fully coached.
