WOD 1

Mobility

For 14 mins every 30 secs complete alternating movements of:

  • 1 Squat snatch @ a max of 50 / 30kg (5 sec hold in pocket)
  • 3 Overhead squats @ 50 / 30kg
  • 1 Snatch balance @ 50 / 30kg with a 3 sec hold in the pocket


WOD 2

A 22 min AMRAP of:

  • 30 Squat clean & jerks @ 80 / 50kg (check in)
  • 8 Bar over burpees
  • 4 muscle ups / 8 chest to bar pull ups
