  • 2 mins of Clean tekkers @ 20kg
  • 2 mins of lower limb stretch
  • Run 400m

  • 5 Bar push ups
  • 50 Double unders
  • 9 Cleans @ 90 / 50kg
  • 10 Bar push ups
  • 40 Double unders
  • 6 Cleans @ 100 / 55kg
  • 15 Bar push ups
  • 30 Double unders
  • 3 Cleans @ 110 / 60kg
  • 20 Bar push ups
  • 20 Double unders
