Mobility

In 20 mins every min on the min complete all of the following movements unbroken:

  • 3 Dead lifts @ 80 / 50kg
  • 3 Hang cleans @ 80 / 50kg
  • 3 Split jerks @ 80 / 50kg
* Build into your top weights
* If required rest during the sets where you need to increment weight


WOD 2

27 – 21 – 15 – 9 reps of:

  • Push press @ 60 / 40kg
  • Pull ups
  • Double unders
* Time cap of 20mins
