WOD 1

With a time cap of 11 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 4 Squat Snatches @ 40 / 25kg (unbroken / touch and go)
  • 8 Ring push ups
  • 12 Ab – mat sits
  • 6 Kettle bell snatches @ 16 / 12kg




WOD 2

An 18 min AMRAP of:

  • 8 Pull ups

  • 12 Kettle bell snatches @ 32 / 24kg (6 on each arm)
  • 8 Kettle bell push ups


The Kettle Bell Snatch explained, if you have a 1980s set of sweat bands bring them, this movement can be rough on the back of the wrists
