WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM pull up strength

  • min1: 30 secs of max strict pull ups
  • min2: 30 secs of max strict chin ups
  • min3: 10-30 secs max hold at top
  • min4: 3-5 kipping pull upswith 5 sec eccentric

In pairs in 8 mins handstand practice:

  • kick ups
  • wall holds
  • wall walks
  • handstand walk
WOD 2

E3MO3M for 15 mins:

  • 50 double unders / 50 single unders
  • 10 handstand push ups / scale
  • 15 OH Sq  @50/35

*scale reps where needed to achieve 15-30 sec rest at end of rounds
