  • 5 Press complex @ 40 / 20kg (1 complex = 3 strict press / 3 push press / 3 spilt jerks)
  • 82 Back squats @ 40kg / 20kg Each complex must be completed unbroken, after each 9 reps / 1 complex you can ditch and rest before the next complex
