WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 /3/ 1 Headstand to kip / 10 sec headstand hold (knees to chest, load up the hips)

In pairs in 5 mins max rounds of Cindy

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

*alternate movement with partner

WOD 2

In 30 mins in pairs 3 x 5 min AMRAP:

  •  10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Shoulder To Over Head @ 50 / 35kg

*score = max rounds

*partner 2 carries on from where partner 1 finishes and so on
