WOD 1

Shoulder & Lat Mobs:

10 Mins Handstand Practice:

  • Wall Handstand
  • Wall Handstand Kicking Off The Wall
  • Freestanding
  • Wall Climbs
  • Box Round The Worlds
  • Handstand Walks

Additional Work

Part 1

To be completed 30 mins before class:

  • EMOM 20 Mins
  • 3 Backsquats

*reps must be fast and smooth, you should not start to become stuck or miss.

Part 2

To be completed 15 mins after the WOD:

  • 4 Rounds For Time
  • 1600m Assault Bike
  • Rest 90 Secs

*try to keep the same pace throughout

WOD 2

For Time:

  • 125-75-50-25 Double Unders / Single Unders
  • 10-10-10-10 Wall Climbs
