MOTM: EMOM 5 Mins Clean Drills

  • Hang clean and pause in rack
  • Focus-pull under, foot position, hips

An 8 min ladder of:

  • 1 Ab-Mat sit + 1
  • 1 OH Squat @ 50 / 35kg + 1

WOD 2

 

4 rounds for the time of:

  • 24 Bar push ups / HR Push ups
  • 24 Back Squats @ 60 / 40kg (no racks)
  • 24 Jerks @ 60 / 40kg
