Mobility

With a 12 min cap complete rounds of:

  • 15 double unders
  • 10 wall ball shots (unbroken & on tgt)
  • Work to a 3 box jump max height




WOD 2

A chipper for time of:

  • 20 shoulder to overhead @ 40kg

  • 20 box jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 20 Pull ups
  • 15 shoulder to overhead @ 60kg
  • 15 box jumps
  • 15 pull ups
  • 10 shoulder to overhead @ 80kg
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 pull ups
  • 5 shoulder to overhead @ 100kg
  • 50 Double unders
