* You may adjust the rep scheme at the start (WITH A COACH) to ensure you make a minimum of 4 rounds
* If you do not make the rep scheme in a 3 min round you are out, you may not rest a round, then join back in the WOD
* If you complete a round a fraction of a second inside the 3 min cap, you must attempt the next round, you may not bow out!
