Mobility

In 10 mins warm up and be ready to start the WOD:

 

WOD 2

“FRIDAY 13th SCARY WOD” For a max of 36mins E3MO3M complete:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 13 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 10 Thrusters @ 30 / 25kg
  • 13 Pull ups

* You may adjust the rep scheme at the start (WITH A COACH) to ensure you make a minimum of 4 rounds

* If you do not make the rep scheme in a 3 min round you are out, you may not rest a round, then join back in the WOD

* If you complete a round a fraction of a second inside the 3 min cap, you must attempt the next round, you may not bow out!
