In pair in 10 min est:

  • Max overhead squat

WOD 2

In pairs EMOM for 20 mins:

  • 1 Hang squat or deep Power snatch @ 60 / 40kg
  • 1 Squat or shallow power snatch
  • 2 Over head squats

* Barbell work as a complex

*Partner 1 completes snatches

*Partner 2 completes the OH squats

*Switch in the next min
