  • Mins 1-3-5 60% of max rep push ups
  • Mins 2-4 30 secs plank

In 12 mins est a weight total for a 1 RM:

  • Strict press

  • Pull ups
  • Push press @ 60 / 40kg

16-12-8 Reps of:

  • Pull ups
  • Push Jerk @ 70 / 45kg

12-8-4 Reps of:

  • Pull ups
  • Split jerk 80 / 50kg

 

 In any remaining time AMRAP split jerks:
