WOD 1

 

In pairs 2 rounds of tabata

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 8 GTOH 50 / 35KG

* If you dont complete in the 20secs reduce reps by 2

* 1 Person starts on each movement, swap after first interval

WOD 2

 

In pairs a 15 min AMRAP of:

  • 1 Rope climb
  • 7 Push press @ 70 / 45kg
  • 21 DUs / 42 SUs

* Partner one works the AMRAP

* Partner two completes 20 burpees, then continues the AMRAP where partner one left it
