A 15 min AMRAP of:

  • 7 Squat cleans @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 Overhead Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • 15 GHDs / Ab-Mat sits



If you have conducted at least 5 WODs on Ab-Mat sits and have mastered the movement then hit the GHD at a lower rep range of 10, if you have either conducted 10 plus WODs with sit ups or have used the GHD in WODs before then hit the full rep range.
