  • 30 Overhead Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • 45 Pull ups
  • 30 Hang Power cleans @ 70 / 50kg
  • 30 Box Jumps @ 30 / 24′
  • 45 Pull ups
  • 90 Double unders

WOD has a time cap of 25 mins, scale as required to finish within time cap
