WOD 1

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • Split jerk balance @ 40 / 30kg

EMOM for 8 mins:

  • 10 Toes to bar
  • 5/3/1 wall walks
  • 2 Lengths of waiter walks
  • 30 secs hollow hold

WOD 2

5 Rounds for ther time of:

  •  400m run
  • 5 MUs / 10 C2B or pull ups
  • 10 OH Squats @ 42.5 / 30kg
