Mobility

In 20 mins 10 rnds of: 

  • 2 Squat Clean & Jerk @ 65% of 1RM
  • 30-60 secs rest between rnds
  • Dynamic movement within form boundaries 

 

 

WOD 2

 

4 rounds for the time of:

  • 5 Hang clean & strict press
  • 8 Chest to bar
  • 8 Back extensions
  • Run 200m

*10 Min cap

*Must pause in front rack before press

* Run & back ext in any order
