Front rack mobility

Front squat bar warm up:

2×3 reps on each @ 20/15:

  • front squat
  • front squat with 3 second pause
  • front squat 3/4 up
  • thruster

*make sure the bar is sat resting on the rack position not being taken by arms

 

WOD 2

16 min amrap of:

  • 9 ttb
  • 18 thrusters @ 42.5/30
  • 27 double unders/54 single unders (unbroken)
