In 30 mins in pairs work to a 1 rep max on each movement:

  • 1-1-1-1-1-1 Strict Press
  • 1-1-1-1-1-1 Push Press
  • 1-1-1-1-1-1 Push / Split Jerk

*You must increment each movement 

*Only 6 lifts allowed 

WOD 2

 

For time 21 – 15 – 9:

  • Overhead / Front Squats 60 / 40kg
  • Burpees

*10 min cap
