WOD 1

In 20 Mins Complete
5×5 Back Squats
*Use heaviest weight you can for each set

WOD 2

For time complete:
30 Power Cleans
20 Jerks
15 Power Clean and Jerks
*RX=70/45 COMP=80/50
*15 MIN CAP
*Pick a weight that allows you to complete the power cleans in sets of unbroken 10 and jerks 5-10 unbroken reps
