WOD 1

Mobility

With a 14 min cap:

  • 3 Squat cleans (work to a heavy 3)
  • 5 Muscle ups / tekkers




WOD 2

3 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Outlaw complex (1 deadlift – 1 hang clean – 1 push press – 1 front squat – 1 split jerk) @ 85 / 55kg) you cannot break any 1 complex, if you do it is a no rep and you begin that single complex from the begining

  • 20 Pistols
  • 30 Pull ups
