MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 squat/power snatch with 3 sec pause in the rec, increment weight from previous week

3 rounds for tabata:

  • Tabata 1 Kettle Bell Swings @ 32/24kg
  • Tabata 2 Goblet Squat @ 32/24kg

*Score = max reps

*Change partner eat 20 secs

 

 

WOD 2

For time in pairs, complete:

1 Round Of Bull

  • 200 Double Unders
  • 50 Overhead Squats @ 60/42.5
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 1 Mile Run (1600m)
