WOD 1

MOTM: 

  • Mins 1-3-5 60% of max push ups
  • Min 2-4 50 secs plank

1 Round of Tabata :

  • Clean & jerks @ 20/15kg
  • Air Squats
  • Push ups
  • Pull ups

 

 

WOD 2

For 20 mins E4Mo4M complete:

  • 6 MUs / 12 C2B / 12 Pull ups
  • 12 Front Squats @ 70 / 45kg
  • 12 Hand release push ups
  • 12 Clean & Jerks @ 70 / 45kg

* Option 1 scale –  Lower weights to make the 4 mins each round

* Option 2 scale – Lower reps down in 2s, no lower than 8 reps
