WOD 1

 

MOTM: Core

In 5 mins complete 3 rounds of:

  • 3o secs hollow hold
  • 15 Reverse crunches
  • 30 Secs rest

In pairs complete 2 rounds of Tabata:

  • 2 Burpee squat cleans @ 70 / 45kg

* 1 each

 

WOD 2

 

  • In pairs for the time complete:
  • 100 Thrusters @ 50 / 35kg
  • EMOM 5 BoBs
  • 800m Ski / Row / Run check out

* 15 mins cap

* Partner 1 starts on the thrusters, then completes the burpees on the minute. Partner 2 then starts on the thrusters and so on
