WOD 1

Mobility

In 12 mins: 

  • Warm up and prep, be ready to start WOD 2 

WOD 2

A 3 min round, pick up WOD of a max of 30mins:

  • 12 SDLHP @40 / 30kg
  • 12 Box jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 12 Thrusters @ 40 / 30kg
  • 12 Double unders / 24 Singles

 * Rolling clock

* Scale the weight accordingly so you can achieve a minimum of 4 rounds

* If you make the rep scheme on a round you must attempt the next round, you cannot flake out

* Once you do not make the rep scheme you are done, you cannot take a round off then rejoin, or further scale your WOD
