Mobility

In 15 mins complete in pairs, one working one resting between each movement, rounds of:

  • 10 deads @ 70 / 50kg
  • 10 Ring dips

WOD 2

2 Rounds for time of:

  • 50 Double unders
  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Pull ups
  • 20 Push press @ 40 / 30kg
  • 10 KB swings @ 32 / 24kg
Stagger start for double unders if required
Time cap of 18 mins
