WUWOD

 

20 pvc good mornings
20 pvc o/h squats
20 pvc push press
20 pvc hang power snatch
20 pvc snatch balance

WOD 1 

 

In 25 mins complete:

5 x 1 snatch balance
-Use heaviest weight you can for each set
Then
7×1 3 position squat snatch
-hang
-below the knee
-from the floor

* build weight through the sets
*roughly 10 mins on snatch balance and 15 on 3 position

WOD 2

 

Jerk Snatcher’

20 clean and jerks @ 42.5/30 RX+ 60/40
20 Snatch @ 42.5/30 RX+ 60/40

*power clean/ power snatch if you have to squat clean or snatch you have gone to heavy
* should be able to hit first 10 reps of clean and jerk unbroken
*8 min cap
