Mobility

For 15 mins every 3 min complete:

  • 5 Snatch balance
  • 5 Hang power snatch
  • 5 Squat snatch
  • 1 x HS Tekker if any remaining time

 

WOD 2

For 16 mins odd & even min rotation of: 

  • 5 Squat snatch @ 70 / 50kg
  • 1 Round of the triplet:
  • 2 Muscle ups / 4 Pull ups
  • 3 Box Jumps @ 30 / 24″
  • 4 HSPUs  /4 Push press @ snatch weight
