WOD 2

In pairs complete:

  • 50 Thrusters @ 60 / 40kg
  • 50 Bar Over Burpess
  • 50 Front Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • 50 Jump Squats
  • While partner 1 works, partner 2 runs 400m
