Mobility

An 8 min AMRAP of:

  • 1 KB Shuttle Run
  • 10 KB Swings

* Jog 1 marked length of box then 10 swings, repeat

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

 

In pairs a 27 min AMRAP of:

  • 23 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
  • 1 Rope climb
  • 15 Thrusters @ 42.5/30kg

* One person works the other completes the AMRAP, once the partner returns from the run they continue with the AMRAP, where the other leaves

* Score overall reps
