MOTM Test:

In 20 mins est:

  • A 1 RM Overhead Squat

 

 

WOD 2

In pairs for time:

  • 10 > 1 Thrusters @ 60 / 40kg
  • 2 > 20 Wall Ball Shots
  • 50 Hnag Cleans @ 60 / 40kg (check out)

* 10-9-8-7-6 Etc

* 2-4-6-8-10 Etc

* Partner must complete a set of thrusters & wallballs before changing IE: 10 thrusters & 2 wallballs
