WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM pull up strength

  • min1: 30 secs of max strict pull ups
  • min2: 30 secs of max strict chin ups
  • min3: 10-30 secs max hold at top
  • min4: 3-5 kipping pull upswith 5 sec eccentric

In 8 mins build to a 1rm strict press in split stance with 3 sec pause overhead

WOD 2

EMOM for 18 mins:

  • 0-6 mins 8 cleans (any cl) @60/40
  • 6-12 mins 8 STOH @60/40
  • 12-18mins 5 clean & jerks @60/40
