WOD 1

Mobility

For 15 mins E3MO3M:

  • 20 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 15 Push ups
  • 10 Power Snatch @ 30 / 20kg

* Only clear the knee with 20kg bars on the power snatch

 

 

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

For 18 mins rotate odd and even: 

  • 8 Overhead Squats @ 50 / 32.5kg (no racks)
  • 12 Bar over burpees

 * You may choose 2 mins of rest, you can split the 2 mins into separate  mins
