WOD 1

Mobility

In 15 mins complete 3 rnds of: 

  • 10 Pwr Snatch, increment each rnd
  • 10 Toes 2 Bar
  • 10 Thrusters @ snatch weight
  • 10 Pull ups

 

 

WOD 2

 

With a rolling clock, split into 5 and 2 min blocks:

  • 0 – 5 mins
  • Est a max 3 position clean
  • 5 – 7 mins 
  • Max reps burpees
  • 7 – 12 mins
  • Est a 3RM hang squat snatch
  • 12 – 14 mins
  • Max reps box jumps @ 24 / 30″

 * Score total weight of the 2 lifts and total reps of box and burpees
