MOTM:

  • EMOM for 5 mins
  • 5 Headstand To Kip

In pairs in 8 mins:

  • Build to a 20 rep max Hang Clean

*score=p1 max weight + p2 max weight

 

 

WOD 2

In pairs a 16 min incremental ladder:

  • 1 Bar Over Burpee +1
  • 1 Clean & Jerk @ 70/45kg +1
  • 1 Pull Up +1

*break up how you like, the reps don’t have to be equal

*one bar between two
