  • Split jerks @ 60 / 40kg

WOD 2

For 16 mins in pairs:

  • 50 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 50 Chest 2 Bar / Pull ups
  • 50 Pwr Cleans @ 80 / 50kg
  • In remaining time AMRAP
  • 5 Front squats @ max weight unbroken – Clean to start
