WOD 1

MOTM = EMOM for 6 mins in 6 mins:

  • 1 min of max wall ball squat clean

EMOM for 6 mins:

  • 5 power cleans to front squat @30/25
  • 5 hang snatch to OH Squat @ 30/25
  • 5 deadlifts @30/25

 

 

 

WOD 2

In 18 mins complete 3 rounds of:

  • 1 min of hang snatch @50/35
  • 1 min of double unders
  • 1 min of power cleans @50/35
  • 1 min of double unders
  • 1 min of deadlifts @50/35
  • 1 min rest
