  • 5 Squat / Power snatch w/3 secs pause in rcv

EMOM for 8 mins:

  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Thrusters @ 20 / 15

*Alt mins with partner 

WOD 2

In pairs for time complete 10 rounds of:

  • 11 Chest to bar pull ups
  • 22 Front squats @ 50 / 35kg

*While partner 1 is completing C2B, partner 2 is hanging from the rig

*While partner 2 completes front squats, partner 1 holdin front rack

*Break however you decide

*25 min cap
