MOTM:

  • min1 of right arm DU rope spin/with jump if ready
  • min2 of left arm DU rope spin/with jump if ready
  • min3 30 secs of high jumps on toes
  • min 4 high single with rope
  • min 5 high single with 1 double under or more

in 8 mins build to 1rm complex of:

1 clean

1 hang power clean

1 hang squat

 

WOD 2

In 18 mins complete::

  • 3 min AMRAP of TTB

then in remaining time incremental ladder of:

  • 1 TTB +1
  • 1 hang sq cl @60/40 +1
  • 1 STOH @60/40 +1
