WOD 1

Mobility

For 20 mins increment in pairs through the following movements and rep increases:

  • 1 Muscle up / 1 pull up + 1 per round
  • 2 Pistols + 2
  • 5 DUs + 5
  • One person 1 MU, one rests swap then move on to 2 pistols, then 5 DUs.
  • Next round 2 MU, 4 pistols, 10 DUs and so on
  • Only one working the other rests


WOD 2

For the time:

  • 15 GTOH @ 62.5 / 42.5kg
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pull ups
  • 15 Thrusters @ 62.5 / 42.5kg
  • 20 Bar over Burpees
  • 15 OH squats @ 62.5 / 42.5kg
  • 10 MU / 15 pull ups
