  • 20 Air squats
  • Run 200m




WOD 2

For the time:

  • 12 back Squats @ 120 / 90kg
  • 22 Ring Dips
  • 33 Back Squats @ 90 / 50kg
  • 44 Pull ups
  • 55 Back Squats @ 60 / 35kg
  • 65 Double unders

Time cap of 23 mins; scale carefully to make the cap;
