WOD 1

With a time cap of 11 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • Ski 150m @ 75%
  • 2 Outlaw complex @ 20 / 15kg
  • 1 HS walk
  • 10 Double unders




WOD 2

8 rounds or time of:

  • 3 Outlaw complex @ 90 / 55kg

  • 20 Double unders
  • 10 pull ups
Outlaw complex:One dead lift – One hang Power clean – One push press – One front squat – One split jerk
You cannot break any single complex, if you do start that complex from the begining. You may only drop the bar after each split jerk
