Mobility

EMOM for 13 mins:

  • 1 Squat clean thruster hold at top for 5 secs
  • 5 Front squats @ max weight good form for 13 mins

 

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

Ladder:

  • 1 squat clean @ 80 / 50kg
  • 1 Round of Cindy
  • 2 squat cleans @ 80 / 50kg
  • 1 Round of cindy

 * Continue with increment until you reach 10 squat cleans & 1 round of Cindy

* 17 min cap
