  • Low hang to ext
  • low hang pwr / sq clean @ 40 / 30kg

In 8 mins rotate:

  • 6 ring dips / ring push ups
  • 8 Hang Snatch @ 20 / 15kg
  • 10 Push press @ 20 / 15kg

WOD 2

 

A 14 min incrimental ladder of:

  • 25 Double unders
  • 3 STOH + 1
