MOTM – EMOM for 5 mins: 

  • 5 Clean deadlift with 2-3 sec pause above the knee @ 40 / 25kg

8 min AMRAP:

  • 20 Kips (feet together)
  • 10 Jerk Drops @ 20 / 15kg
  • 10 Floor Kip Ups
  • 20 Jerk Dips

15 min Incremental Ladder:

  • 100m Run + 100m
  • 2 Pull Ups + 2
