In the remaining time:  

  • 10 x 2 Back Squats @ 70% of 1 RM
  • Approx 30 secs rest between sets.
  • Max speed & power in each rep

For 5 rounds every 3 mins complete:

  • 5 Push press @ 85 / 65kg (no racks)
  • 5 Muscle ups / 8 Chest 2 Bar / 12 Pull ups. Choose your scale
  • 200m run
